Domestic Shipping Policy
Trays & Canopies:
- If we haven't contacted the buyer upon checkout, these items will be dispatched to a local depot due to their size and the need for forklift unloading. We advise contacting us for accurate shipping costs, as direct home delivery is not available for these items.
Freight with Tail Gate Use:
- Additional charges may apply for freight requiring tailgate services, payable by the purchaser.
Large Items:
- Items of substantial size will be sent to a local depot, as door-to-door delivery is not feasible.
Business Premises:
- For businesses with forklift access, shipping costs may vary compared to residential deliveries. Please inform our sales team for accurate pricing.
Product Dispatch Time:
- We prioritize timely dispatch of orders from oldest to newest. During high demand, processing may take 4-6 weeks. We strive to dispatch orders quicker, often within 1-2 weeks.
Note: Pre-order items may have longer waiting times due to international shipping and Australian Customs clearances. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once items leave our premises.
Delayed Deliveries:
- In case of a delay, we will inform you and offer options like waiting with an estimated time, selecting an alternative product, or providing store credit.
High Volume Orders:
- Delays may occur during peak periods. Please allow extra transit days for delivery. Significant delays will be communicated via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
- Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- We ship to home or business addresses across Australia, excluding PO Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
Store Pickup Orders:
- Orders must be collected within 10 business days of the 'Ready for collection' notification. Unclaimed orders will be cancelled and refunded as store credit. No refunds for uncollected orders.
Dispatch Goods Not Received:
- In case of non-receipt of dispatched products, a Statutory Declaration may be required for us to consider replacing lost items. This process can take up to 30 days.
Damages:
- We recommend adding insurance for bulky goods. In case of damage, we will provide a replacement or compensation. We are not liable for shipping damages. Report damages within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim. We can lodge a claim on your behalf within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product. Claim resolution may take 10-30 days. We are not liable for minor scratches during freight.
Faulty Products:
- For issues related to faulty products, please email us at Logistics@zeus4x4.com.au and save all packaging materials.
International Shipping Policy:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.
These terms and conditions establish the agreement between Zeus 4x4 PTY LTD, referred to as "we," "us," or "our," and you, the customer purchasing Goods and/or Services. This document constitutes the complete agreement for our provision of Goods and/or Services to you.

5.3 Inspect Services immediately upon completion.
5.4 We cover return shipping for defective Goods.
5.5 Refunds for change of mind issued as store credit.
5.6 If a refund is agreed, you're responsible for return shipping; refunds given as store credit.
