Zeus4x4 will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, weather events, or any other factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking Delays: Tracking information may not be updated immediately. While tracking information is available, Zeus4x4 is not responsible for discrepancies or delays in tracking updates provided by the carrier.

9. Returns and Exchanges

As a reminder, Zeus4x4 does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeus4x4’s liability regarding shipping is limited to the amount paid for the shipping fees. Zeus4x4 is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from delays, lost shipments, or any other shipping-related issues.
